Because the classes are suited to my needs and the location is ideal
as always, excellent instruction, and safe/comfortable environment considering COVID. feels good to be back in the studio with windows and doors open, fans on, breezes and birdies felt/heard from outdoors.....
The fact that Somatic Yoga is rare in the Sacramento area. Also, the benefits are more noticeable to me compared to other yogas like "power" yoga. For the amount of what you "do" (because it is more like "not over-doing"), you are able to appreciate every small movement you engage in throughout the day. Doing a review for this class doesn't do it fair justice. You just need to try it out and suspend your disbelief.
The class using the chair was a lot of fun. You always feel great after a class at Fusion.
