Carrie the teacher~ one of the best in Sacramento, Lori the owner, warm and welcoming and has created a beautiful studio with "air conditioning ", and not the most important, but definitely makes it easier, is the available and easy parking.

Owner(s) have pivoted quickly to keep practitioners/members engaged online during the pandemic. Then rebounded with integrity, health compliance and compassion in bringing us back to the studio for in person classes with certified instructors. It is so nice to be back in community.
