I really like all of Lori’s classes. Clear on her instructions as she guides us through the moves. Mixes the routines up and keeps the sessions fresh and interesting
Enjoyed Carrie’s class and think highly of studio. Cleanest and well maintained with Covid precautions in place. Owner and staff are friendly, experienced and well trained instructors instructors with therapeutic approach.
