Been awhile since last time I did yoga. Developed some physical challenges since then. Bridget's instructions were very helpful in showing how to adapt some of the movements with my present ability.
The thought and effort pit into the class by the top notch instructor!
First, Carrie is one of the best teachers I've had. ( I've practiced yoga since 1975) and second the studio has an open, clean feeling. Today with Covid ~ I feel safe in this space.
Wonderful teachers and atmosphere
Fusion Yoga is my neighborhood, community yoga studio. The owner has made it safer to proactive in person, with viable alternatives, such as online, or recorded classes. In a challenging year and a half with pandemic mandates and closures for many small businesses, the Fusion Yoga owner has pivoted to ensure that we still have a place to practice within CDC guidelines. It is good to see yoga colleagues I have missed since the closures.
