Very well done. Good explanations of positioning. Pace a tad slow for me but good for beginners. Will try some others for comparison.

This place us amazing. I just started into yoga full time two months ago and already feel stronger and more centered. All the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They mix up each class so you don't get bored. They are always offering queues and adjustments for proper alignment. Christy does the most amazing meditation at the end if her classes. The owner Lori is great too! Can't say enough good things!
