Faithflows are amazing! I live in Cincinnati but make the drive for every faithflow if I can! I think it's a really unique class you offer and I haven't found anywhere else that's doing it, or doing with the depth and intentionality and spiritual wisdom Stacey offers. I'd love to see these on the schedule more often!

Excellent mix of class offerings in a non-heated studio and teachers that support a mindful practice. My favorite studio in the greater Cincinnati area, hands down!
