Wonderful atmosphere, class everything was wonderful!
The entire experience was very rewarding and causing a person to gently check in with themselves to understand body mechanics combined with overall improved mental health/growth.
Our instructor was amazing! Knowledgeable , welcoming, supportive and we felt like we want to continue to practice yoga and we're in the right place to do so.
Class was great!
Really enjoyed the starter class. Lots of great work showing poses and names of same. The class flowed really well and Ratona was adorable.
Loved the flow, lightening, music and community :)
