The Beginner Yoga Workshop allowed me time to learn the foundations of yoga that I've been missing for years. Ratona was so welcoming and supportive. She made it easy to feel comfortable and to really break down the basics of yoga. Absolutely amazing experience!

Ratona and the other instructors create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the studio, making it feel both personable and comfortable. You can see that the members feel connected and supported. If the studio had shower amenities, I’d be there every day.
