I attended the intro workshop last Sunday. The class activities and information were beneficial and informative. Explaining and demonstrating yoga and doing the poses with guidance was most helpful. I appreciated the discussion on signing up for the app, and classes and how to work the website. I’ve already signed up for some classes and look forward to learning yoga. Thank you!
