I was so impressed with the professionalism and expert recommendations from the owner, Jodee. She was so kind, honest and made me feel comfortable about procedures she suggested. She explained everything in depth and was very thorough in accessing my personal needs. I truly felt valuable to the staff in addressing my needs and I felt very comfortable. The office upheld the current covid19 rules and adhered to them in a professional manner. The office staff was lovely, friendly and very accommodating. I couldn't be happier with such a wonderful and safe experience and cannot wait for my upcoming procedures at this office. I highly recommend this medical spa! I would give them 10 stars if possible!

Great overall experience at the office! Dr Elizabeth was very professional and friendly. She explained the procedure and performed it thoroughly and with care. I cannot comment on the results yet, but I have no doubt that it'll look great. Dr Elizabeth also answered my many questions about the procedure and other services offered by Fresh Faces RX.
