• After having a canceled apt and delays in getting in to see someone- when I met with Naomi, she was a true professional, and made sure to explain what had happened and how she'd make it right. Companies aren't perfect- but when employees are empowered by employers to make things right when there is a mishap- that's what makes them successful.
