Both instructors have been great. The reformer is challenging and hits specific weak areas for me
The class is was wonderful as always.
I absolutely love the sessions Daniele runs each time I'm there. I love the co.bo of essential oils, the knowledge he shares during sessions, and the dedicated sections worked on. Great location too for anyone living North of the river, pretty central.
It was an ideal class for me. Not too strenuous but great stretching exercises.
Great atmosphere. Knowledgeable instructor. Enjoyable sequence.
