Yin yoga is my favourite and I would recommend it to anyone. But Daniel as an instructor is amazing. Playlist- tick, programming and flow-tick, calming voice and dialogue- tick tick. He creates a beautiful environment to slow down and find space in body mind and soul. Recommend 1000%
