The size of the yoga room, the lighting, the friendliness of the teacher and the yin class itself
Daniele is a wonderful mediation instructor. Very relaxing and I feel very spiritual when I go to his classes. Makes you stop and just relax which I don’t do enough of. I haven’t been for a long time being a single mum and FIFO I can never attend Daniele’s classes but was very glad to finally jag a spot when his calendar matched up with mine. He is fantastic. Thank you Daniele.
