A good class with clear instructions and a good balance of workouts for the whole body. I left with wobbly legs on the stairs so that's a good sign I've worked hard 😀
Love the friendly atmosphere. Like that the instructors are able to use their amazing knowledge to make interesting different classes every session.
So happy with my ability to get up off the floor! Also the strength and range of movement in my shoulders.
