Yoga class was great, exactly what i needed, very well taught, friendly, atmosphere of class was well created with lighting, space, flow of class and personality of instructor. Made it a great experience overall that I look forward to repeating
It was a very good foundation class. Back to basics. Good warm ups. Felt really good afterwards rather than exhausted.
