Knowledgeable, gentle teacher leading the class with clear, easy to follow instructions. Many alternatives to the poses provided to cater for different abilities.
Instructor was awesome, and very helping, while making it fun.
Love the place, nice small group and we're all about the same age, friendships, and Deb is a wonderful instructor.
Sita's class yesterday (4.30pm) was very good. Focused on a lot of strength and felt amazing after her class.
