Y'all are non stop helping the community with different defense trainings or ways to mentally and physically overcome challenges and to protect ourselves. While even offering free courses .
My instructor Ryan was very engaging and energetic. She made learning about self-defense fun and empowering. I felt more confident.
Ryan, our instructor was incredible. I didn't know I would learn so much in a 90 minute class and even though some parts felt challenging for me, I know it was what I needed and I would like to come back soon. Ryan was also so kind to me after the class when I ended up feeling slightly triggered from a previous attack event. This is such a great place.
