Fit Hit it's so
knowledgeable on self. Defense and the training is so accurate. The Trainers are nice and works with you. it is a wonderful place to be in to work out and learn self defense.
The work out was energizing the, the drills intense, the release tactics educational but the closing speech after the class was the best part. It was inspiring and motivating. And maybe I've just been through a lot in the last few months but it moved me to tears and gave me the reassurance that I'm making good choices to some positive changes in my life. Looking forward to the next class.
