I chose Krav Maga because it's a great combination of everything what my body and mind needs. Gives me a wonderful workout to get me fitter and pice of mind and confidence that if I need I will be able to use techniques to protect myself and my child or help someone else. Instructors are tough just enough to make sure I push myself to achieve my goals. 🙏
The staff is super friendly, and they give attention to each and everyone and are very helpful
