I love the place and the people are amazing and I fully believe in elf defense. But some of the people I know would are not comfortable yet to have the physical contact with a stranger that comes with the escapes. I love it and everyone is welcoming. But if you are not ready then you won't take it seriously or learn them properly.

Paige is awesome, both instructors rock and it's an awesome workout with great technique in order to defend myself if the situation were to occur.
