Classes are super informative to self defense, instructions are amazing (my faves are Sherman and Serge!) and you will get into amazing shape!

The classes are difficult but the amount learned is well worth it. Exactly how it should be. All of what I was told before signing up was right on/true and everyone that works there are really nice.
Teachers are super encouraging and supportive. I'm 8th class in and already see a big difference.
