Ryan and Paige were great instructors. It was my first time there but I felt welcome once the class started. The music was perfect for the cardio components of the class and the partner games we played were a lot of fun! I feel much more confident in my self-defense skills with the few combinations we practiced. I would definitely take the women's class again.
