Instructors are friendly and engaged (culture), classmates are from diverse backgrounds (community), everyone is focused (commitment and purpose), the work out is solid without being soul-destroying (efficient / "no one is left behind!").Juan F.

Still new. So need to see how it works about. But so far teachers are great, amazing workout, very motivating. First day, the extra person was helpful & guided in correct posture. It is fast paced. Second day not so much. I think one class should be designed just so we learn the basics in slow way. Even though it is amazing how each step is later explained again. But a new person who has never done any kind of martial arts or boxing, would need the basics. Plus if you have one trainer, they monitor & already know about your injuries, but with many teachers, it is hard to tell before class what you have, then if you never got a chance to tell them, you look like you are doing half the workout. They do ask & say we will give you alternative exercises, then you start workout, unless someone comes and checks, you dont know how to tell them. So i guess, my suggestion, a basic training class and in that show alternative if you have injury or bad knees what to do. Otherwise loving the class, diet program takes one week to get use too. It is very good. I am enjoying every-bit of it. A bit sore. But so worth it.Jyoti S.

I suggest to make the intro breakdown mandatory. Paige explained everything so well. It was my fourth class and everything finally started to make sense. Thank you Paige!!!!Riana G.
