I've been at Krav Maga at the Brooklyn location then on and off since that location ended. It's not only a great way of conditioning but everything you learn is very practical. I invented 3 of my friends but the only problem they have like myself is trying to get in to a class before it's full.
KMA has the most supportive community. The instructors are amazing and help with any and everything, and fellow classmates are also supportive
The program is designed to encourage people to take action, when it comes to health and physical fitness. You're given the tools that will make you succeed if you decide to follow the program as instructed.
While I have yet to begin the program, I feel the motivation and encouragement from the staff at Krav Maga to help make me succeed in the next 6 weeks.
