KMA is just incredible, I love it! So happy to have found the Academy and the community that goes with it. Instructors are outstanding and the classes are always a great mixture of fun and challenge and learning. Have recommended to many friends - KMA rules!
Loved the class 10/10! Felt super motivated throughout the whole class. I'm still sore 2 days later!

I learned alot. There were adequate trainers for the class size. I got a good quality workout while learning to protect myself!
It's effective! Hard work but results are achievable.
The quality and benefit the classes have can only make me want to recommend them
