Great space, attentive instructors, personalized feedback during session
Jay's classes are always tough and fun. Wish there was a bit more room though.
I'm an athlete. For me is important that I'm challenged. The class must be focused on safety, speed, cardio, strength, technique and most of all instructors energy and professionalism is crucial.
Thank you for getting all of that in Sherman's class plus his way of teaching brings more joy to the challenge.
I have loved nearly every experience with the academy so far. There may be days when my (mental) motivation is lacking, but I still give 100% to the program.
