I've been on hiatus for about 2 months because of an injury followed by an illness followed by a 2 week vacation, followed by starting a new job by day and apartment hunting by night. Love the updates to the facility and really excited about all the new dummies. Also Jay, per usual hosts a damn good class. I am SO sore today but my body feels amazing. Glad to be back.
