I had a wonderful experience ! The trainer was fun and engaging, the people very respectful... just an overall beautiful experience!
experience was great , teachers knows what they’re doing and i’m finally motivated to go to classes . 1 point missing : we have no shower yet and nobody knows when we ll be able to use them , which is a problem for me
The instructors were fabulous and were able to incorporate new people seamlessly into the class. The warm up/cardio aspects were challenging and definitely a better workout than I anticipated. I also genuinely learned a lot about self-defense that I didn't know before. Also the women-only space/atmosphere was very empowering

I loved the challenge but after the middle meeting I kind of lost interest.. but the classes are amazing 😉
