The class with Sherman was a great work out and I felt challenged and like I learned something new. I appreciate the encouragement I get from the staff and teachers when participating in classes.
Jay is a great instructor. Although the classes are challenging, he manages to make them fun (he even cracks jokes). The facilities are much better since the women's locker room was completed. I always miss the classes when I don't come for a while. I love that it's a great workout & that I'm learning how to protect myself simultaneously.
