I can always count on a smile to greet me when I walk in the door. All the teachers are so sweet and motivate me to do my best in class. I love this studio. It’s always very clean which I appreciate!
Consistently good! Instructors are very knowledgeable, always positive and supportive and acknowledge that we are practicing (not being perfect...).

Good experience my first time there doing Yin yoga. Studio felt clean & safe, staff was friendly, the air smelled good, and the vibe was right :)

The service, the studio, having classes all day as to fit my schedule, allowing students to modify practice to there capability, and most of all the loving kindness of staff and teachers.

Great eclectic mix of teachers and classes. If I want something super intense there is Power Sculpt. If my body needs to chill there is Yin. Also you guys offer some great workshops and have tons of class times that accommodate my very busy and wild life. Most importantly the staff that works there is so kind and thoughtful and helpful. It feels like a place I really belong and an extension of my own home if that makes sense. I've made some incredible friends in the three years I've been coming.
Love the class offerings, the instructors are high energy and positive, and the overall vibe of the studio and those who participate is friendly and inclusive.
