I have SO much love and appreciation for Firelight. They have such a wide range of classes and teachers each day. Their online classes are amazing, and the in person classes are even better...!
I feel doing yoga helps me to focus on my mental health and wellness. Firelight has been super supportive and helpful during the quarantine and the instructors are amazing!!!! I will continue to attend yoga at this studio for as long as possible! They are amazing!

Firelight offers the best yoga classes I've found in Portland. They quickly moved to an online class format when the virus hit, and I've become addicted to the classes. They're my solace in this crazy new world. The teachers are top-notch, the classes are always great quality and I have recommended them to many people.
It’s so amazing that at a time like this when people need yoga the most you are offering all of your classes for free. I saw a friend of mine who lives in Portland post about her setup at home and immediately looked into your studio. I live in VT and have to say I don’t normally set aside the time for myself to do yoga or work on my breathing and stretching and after taking 2 of your online classes I am hooked and feel so much better. Thank you so much for providing a space for this to happen for me in the comfort of my own home, knowing that others are doing yoga alongside with me and all thanks to you. Very compassionate and dedicated group of teachers - it’s clear firelight yoga works as a team and every teacher feels involved in their teaching, passionately. Love seeing them come together in this difficult time and truly shining as a studio when it matters most.
The Zoom classes have been useful and a very welcome routine to an otherwise chaotic, uncertain time. There is true care, and Firelight is truly supporting our community, and I am so thankful for this.

This studio has a community feel to it. The instructors are very skilled and they are just great people who are always willing to help you with your practice.
