The class had a very nice pace and allowed me to stretch my tight body without pain. I’m new to Yoga and it can be intimidating. Rachel was friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that!

The studio itself is a great space, the staff are all wonderful, all the instructors so far are excellent and the fly 60 as a "style" is a really nice combination of other methods I really like. Overall favorite yoga studio I've been to
I like the number of classes that are offered each day. It helps me get a class in with a busy unpredictable schedule. I love the vibe of the studio; everyone is helpful and the right amount of knowledge and laid-back demeanor. The bathrooms are always clean and we'll sucked and I love the cold towel after practice.
Firelight is my favorite studio in N/NE - the instructors are great, the space is nice, and I love that there are both heated and unheated classes.
