• Brandy is amazing and I not only get a work out but I leave the room feeling uplifted and that I can tackle the day. I really needed it today. Not to get too personal but I'm going through a trial today with my ex husband for child support for our 2 children and normally I'd be panicking and scared but after the class I felt relaxed and empowered. • I do greatly enjoy Fireshaper. Hot yoga is not for everyone. When you tell people you do hot yoga you get mixed responses. I was disappointed with the studio post Covid initially, primarily based on restrictions. Enjoying it more now, still waiting for total normalcy, showers…
