• I do greatly enjoy Fireshaper. Hot yoga is not for everyone. When you tell people you do hot yoga you get mixed responses. I was disappointed with the studio post Covid initially, primarily based on restrictions. Enjoying it more now, still waiting for total normalcy, showers…
