• Brandy is amazing and I not only get a work out but I leave the room feeling uplifted and that I can tackle the day. I really needed it today. Not to get too personal but I'm going through a trial today with my ex husband for child support for our 2 children and normally I'd be panicking and scared but after the class I felt relaxed and empowered.
