• I got the Morpheus treatment and then the Alma Hybrid treatment. They took me back immediately and gave me numbung cream to numb my face with, I then got my blood taken for the treatment and then I went to have my treatment. Donatella was my skin expert. (Shes great!) First off, the actual treatment takes 30 minute treatment WITHOUT breaks. My appointment was at 9:30 and the whole appointment took 2hours. I did take quite a few breaks because it was so painful. I think part of my issue was that I was not numb, when I told her I thought that I was not numb, she was like you might think that and be numb still and it just be painful, but I am not sure I put enough numbing cream on my face, as it was absorbed in by the time I had my appointment. Anyways, I cried so hard for both procedures. I have never had a procedure hurt as much. Donatella was great though, she let me have breaks, let me ask whatever questions I needed, and she was okay with all my "how much longer" questions which I know were probably annoying, as she is just trying to do her job, but man, I wasn't prepared for the pain. I was only prepared for the aftermath. That would be my one suggestion - to make sure your clients know the amount of pain it could be depending on skin type. My skin and pain tolerance is pretty tough (at least what I think), so I might just not have been numbed all the way. Not really 100% sure but I had the best experience though regardless of the pain and Donatella was the one responsible for it!! I am on the way to clear skin!! 🤩🤩
