During this visit, your provider will evaluate your scalp and hair concerns, review your medical history, and determine whether Selphyl® is an appropriate treatment for your hair restoration goals.

Selphyl® is a platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRFM) treatment derived from your own blood. It delivers a concentrated source of growth factors that support the hair follicle environment, helping to improve hair thickness, reduce shedding, and promote healthier hair growth in appropriate candidates.

Selphyl® is best suited for individuals with early to moderate hair thinning, androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern hair loss), or hair loss caused by certain non-scarring conditions where hair follicles remain viable.

This treatment is generally not recommended for individuals with advanced hair loss or completely bald areas where hair follicles are no longer active, scarring alopecia, or certain medical conditions that may impair healing or platelet function. Patients who are pregnant, have active scalp infections, bleeding disorders, or certain blood disorders may not be candidates. Your provider will determine your eligibility during your consultation.

Your consultation includes a comprehensive assessment, discussion of expected outcomes, recommended treatment frequency, and a personalized treatment plan. If Selphyl® is not the best option for your hair loss, your provider will discuss alternative treatment recommendations to help you achieve the best possible results. Please note: A $50 deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your consultation OR service total at checkout. Service pricing varies and will be discussed before treatment. The $50 consultation fee will be waived with same-day service OR credited towards your next Injectable service. Missed appointments and cancellations of any kind within 24 hrs of your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
