• Being brand new to this facility, when I walked in, I was told to sit down and wait, no communication at all as I waited. I had to get up after close to10 minutes and ask when and who I am seeing, I felt forgotten, but other than that, once Courtney greeted me, all was great. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Leaving and checking out was much more pleasant and the front office was much friendlier. I'm only saying this because it was a new place for me and I was anxious and unsure of the process.

• Overall a great experience, I'm horrible with names lol but the women who did my facial was a gem and I love how straightforward she is. Can't wait to continue my skin care journey😊
