  • First time doing hot yoga was really tough but mentally it allowed me let go and not dwell on daily work/life stress. I've tried regular yoga a few times and not enjoyed it so this was a pleasant surprise . I love saunas so the hot room was nice and I feel like that and the poses helped mobilize my cement shoulders. I feel like working on this will help me get better support and positions while weightlifting and give a de-stressing outlet as well. Glad I tried it out.
