Empower has such a great energy and so does everyone who works there! I was seriously impressed with the class I took and the studio’s amenities and cleanliness. I can’t wait to come back, y’all made my week!!!
Angelique is amazing and the studio is so clean and inviting.
First time doing hot yoga was really tough but mentally it allowed me let go and not dwell on daily work/life stress. I've tried regular yoga a few times and not enjoyed it so this was a pleasant surprise . I love saunas so the hot room was nice and I feel like that and the poses helped mobilize my cement shoulders. I feel like working on this will help me get better support and positions while weightlifting and give a de-stressing outlet as well. Glad I tried it out.
