Empower is such a great studio. The instructors make their classes unique and challenge you to push the limits they know you can push. I love the sense of community the studio has as well as the pop up classes they offer on sundays!

The teacher that taught the class was present. Her classes are always challenging. She had a beautiful message to share. There is a variety to all of her classes . I will say for the studio in general ... you have done a great job in finding teachers that all come from a different perspective ... they all teach from a different door ... meaning they each have a different gift to share . ... One is able to lean into ones zone within the collective energy of the class ... ... The studio holds a peaceful yet vibrant energy!
