Empower is such a wonderful studio. From compassionate and kind teachers to the incredibly clean studio, I am always blown away by what Empower has to offer.

I have taken a class with this instructor before, but this time I can tell she has really grown in the Yoga profession. She was way more comfortable in her instruction as she walked around the room observing our movements. She actually shared a story in the beginning of class which was relative in relaxing the minds of the her participants.
