Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the staff is willing to help out however they can! I have never experienced that with a studio. So I will definitely be recommending this studio to everyone!
Eden was a great instructor who broke down the movements so that novice and experienced participants felt like they were keeping up. The facility is clean and staff is extremely friendly

Great class all the instructors are helpful and allow people to work at that own pace. Don't feel judged. And it's a challenging workout. Love the hot yoga classes.
