Empower yoga is a wonderful studio. Each teacher brings a unique and insightful perspective, classes are challenging in the best way and the studio space is neat and accommodating.

I have had 2 great classes so far. They are well run and thorough and really enjoyed the consistent warm temperature to produce a really good deep sweat. 10/10 continue to recommend to my local friends in the area!
