Best studio in NJ l! Even the brand new instructors lead challenging classes great for the mind and body.
I have had 2 great classes so far. They are well run and thorough and really enjoyed the consistent warm temperature to produce a really good deep sweat. 10/10 continue to recommend to my local friends in the area!
