Friendly environment and staff, challenging classes that accommodate all skill levels, very clean and COVID compliant studio space. I always feel welcomed, safe and happy when visiting EMPOWER yoga. 10/10 for me 🙂
Today’s instructor,Kristine, is superb and her practice is so amazing!!! Her class is challenging and it pushes you to another level—to become better. Each time I’m there I think to myself, “one day I hope to be as amazing as her.” Besides all the excellent instructors at Empower (each one brings a different spice to the class so it’s nice to try all different classes), the studio is impeccable, always so clean! Empower Yoga is the greatest studio!
