Clean, fun, good workout, instructor gave several options for poses and paid close attention to everyone in the class. Great music, friendly supportive vibe.
Excellent class
I just think the teacher is wonderful. They move at a pace and cadence I enjoy. I go to yoga or free my mind and relax. This happens for me in this class. Thank you!
