I was apprehensive about taking a yoga class let alone a hot yoga class! I was very impressed with the studio and instructor, Angelique! She offered modifications for challenging exercises and was very supportive throughout the class. Two thumbs up for this beautiful studio!!
The studio is super clean, you feel welcome from the moment you walk-in the door. Everyone is very helpful and the class was perfect for what I needed. Will definitely be back.
