The instructor was so friendly, the place was clean and I felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time. I wish I had joined sooner.
i love going to my yoga classes. It would be nice with some afternoon classes on weekends :-)
I always leave Empower feeling better than when I entered the door!
It was a good class, good customer service and not crowded. Therefore, poses off the mat were reasonable & doable. Thank you!
For more advanced yogis Empower is the right place and I love it. For beginners or less fit folks, classes with the same awesome teachers but less heat and humidity would perhaps also attract that clientele.
Welcoming, good trial price, kind students. Clean facility.
