I adore Niki! She is so warm and welcoming. And her classes have changed my life--I'm standing straighter, I am walking like myself again, have more energy than I have had in years, and my sleep has significantly improved. I can't wait for the next class and have told at least 10 people about this class. I also just purchased a 20-pass pack! Loving it!!! I am going at least twice a week, without fail, from hereon in.
