It’s easy to book and the classes and instructors are amazing! Aerial has changed my body! I love being able to have my friends come and say that felt so good! Some other studios can be more stressful then relaxing .

Steve Machalek did a great job teaching Intro to Acro Yoga. It is a class that I would love to see offered every week.
