I've been coming since January of this year. Sarah has always been a great teacher from beginners and to people who have been coming for long time. She makes it fun and challenging but never in a pressure way. Class always helps me get through the week physically.
Have already recommended this class to a lot of people. It's relaxing, fun and good for your body all at the same time, and it's always fun to learn new things. We love Sarah, also. She is our favorite instructor, and we always try to sign up for her classes.
